No customer service?????

I paid for premium services and I'm still on the free Spotify why can't I talk to a live person. I've already done everything that you guys suggested like restarting my phone make sure it's not another account I either need my money or my music it's that simple

You can use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, please reply to it by email and you will hear back from one of the team shortly.

I tried that already I got the email I responded to the email I got another email asking me about a survey and I still don't have the money back on my card nor do I have premium services
