Unknown error

My spotify app says I have an unknown error and I have to redownload the app in the Appstore. So I did multiple times, and it still keeps on saying this. Does anyone know how to fix this???

Even though this person is experiencing a similar problem on iOS, the solution that @jeremygoh provided might fix your problem, too.

Hey @dragonfire0404 that's a problem with Play and the solution is pretty easy.

Open the android application manager and tap Google Play Store. Then tap both the "clear data" and "clear cache" buttons and restart your phone. Downloads should now complete normally.

When I opened the app this morning, everything was back to normal.
