&lt;P&gt;Yes,this is the issue the songs are saved on your desktop, not on your Android. The files you import into Spotify are not saved across devices&amp;nbsp;because they are 'local' files.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Song is currently Unavailable...</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been successfully playing local file songs on my android for about 2 weeks, then sudddenly Spotify is saying these songs aren't available anymore...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This now makes it so about half of my playlist is grayed out and unplayable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone has a solution for this I would greatly appreciate, thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That doesn't sound quite right.&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;a step by step tutorial&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know if that helps, thanks! ^^&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>That was the first thing I tried...the songs are local files added to Spotify from my computer. Does this have something to do with the problem?</description>
