Assistance in offline mode /Hilfe bei Offline Modus

Hello, I do not know if I'm right here, but I tried for weeks now for my songs on the phone to listen to offline.

Everything I've read so far, I've tried to implement, but nothing could help me.

Now I have downloaded a new phone (5gb free storage + 10 gb sd-free) and have the app again, but still it does not work?

have mobile and pc on the same wireless
I just logged off and on several occasions.
and even the phone restarts.

what can I do wrong help me?

I know that there is already a lot of questions here are similar, but unfortunately my english is not very good so far I have found nothing useful.

Hallo, ich weiß nicht ob ich hier richtig bin, doch ich versucht nun schon seit wochen meine Lieder auf dem Handys offline zu hören.

Alles was ich bisher gelesen habe, habe ich versucht umzusetzen, doch nichts konnte mir weiterhelfen.

jetzt habe ich ein neues Handy (5gb freier speicher + 10 gb sd frei) und habe die App erneut runtergeladen, doch noch immer geht es nicht?

habe handy und pc am gleichen W-Lan
Habe mich mehrfach an und abgemeldet.
und auch das Handy neu gestartet.

was mache ich falsch kann mir einer helfen?

ich weiß dass es schon viele ähnlichen fragen hier gibt, doch leider ist mein englisch nicht sehr gut sodass ich bisher nichts hilfreiches gefunden habe.

Do you have a premium account - that's required for listening on your phone.

So is the issue that you cannot see your device in the desktop app?
