Unabled to login without facebook on my galaxy tabs

Hello

I got a new tabs and when i try to login on the android application with my user/password, i got an error message that say me i doesn't have any account linked to this facebook account. So my spotify is doesn't linked to any facebook and i doesn't have facebook on my tabs. So, on my old tabs (nexus 7) i doesn't have any problems with the login but on my new galaxy tabs i'cant log on. PLZ HELP ME.

Hey there!

If you don't want to use Facebook to login to Spotify then follow this link - https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/apps/ and revoke access to Facebook, that should help with your issue.

I have sso revoke only. I don't have any facebook login revoke option. My account isn't linked to any facebook account. This is like the application tried to do a facebook login when i hit the login/password login button. I don't understand because my login/password work fine on my nexus, pc and web player. But on my galaxy tabs .... nothing.

It may be worth reinstalling the application then so the settings are fresh 🙂

this's not working

I used the disconnect on all device options on the account settings (web) and now this is not working anymore on my old nexus 7.

If i used the ipad of my friend I have this message "You have already created an account with this email adress". ?????

I don't undestand. This is supposed to be easy.

I found the solution

On the login screen this is writed username or email adresse. If i used my email adresse on a device i have a nonsense error message like no facebook acount linked or account already create with this email adresse. But if i use my username everything is working on all of my devices (ipad, nexus and galaxy).
