Spotify App get down after few tracks!

Hi,

I have a Samsung Note 3 and my Spotify app is always on the latest version. But since I have Spotify Premium the App turn after about 3 Tracks off.

Why?

What can I do?

Hello.

What android version are you running?
Does it stop playing when you are streaming music or listening to downloaded music?
Are you running a third party memory manager or battery saver?

I have Android 5.0.

It s stop only when I hear to downloded Music.

No nothing like this only, a security app...

Hi again. If this only happens when you are listening to downloaded music, it is possible that the cache has become corrupted. To fix this, follow the steps here to reinstall spotify. Then try downloading some music and see how it goes.

I only clean the catch of Spotify, now I haven't problems.
