&lt;P&gt;When does it crash and what do you see? Is there a system message saying the app has stopped working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When it crashes there is no warning or message. The app closes.&lt;BR /&gt;It seems to be OK for now. I haven't had the issue for 2 days.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your assistance.</description>
