I have 3 FireTV Stick with the Spotify app..

All FireTV stick have the same Spotify connect name...

How can i change this???

Other devices will show the name reported by your FireTV but you should be able to change their names as described here.

But the Spotify Connect name is the same then before..

Spotify refuse to accept this as a bug. Instead they link to advice that doesn't work.

They don’t accept this is even a bug, thus they probably wont fix it. Chrome cast is the best solution I found.

I have noted some "weird" symbols at the end of each FireTV name (like taken from chess). I don't know if they will stay with time but I've been able to associate each of them with a different FireTV.

I hope this helps and I don't know if it's a first attempt to solve this problem

I agree that the symbols are a way to distinguish the different devices, but only if your client shows these symbols and does not crop the lines:
