Music File Imported doesn't want to synchronize

Hello,

I am writting this message from France.

I have suscribed a Spotify family premium plan.

I have add differents local files to a new playlist.

I can read those files on my laptop but when I want to listen them on my Android phone, it says "Ce titre n'est pas disponible" and I can't save file son my device.

Any idea to fix the problem ?

Hi. You need to download the plylist containing your local files as described here.

Hi,

It says download in progress and I can't listen the song.

However, it's working for playlists with spotify songs only.

I tried to réinstall my app on PC and Android but it doesn't work.

Any idea ?

Problem solved !

My PC has a ethernet connexion with a different ssid name.

It works when passing via Wifi Connexion.
