In order for us to attempt to replicate the issue that some users seem to be having regarding landscape mode not activating in the app, please provide us with the following information:

Device model

E.g. Galaxy Nexus, HTC One X, etc.

Device’s Operating System

E.g. 2.2 Froyo, 2.3.4 Gingerbread, 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich, etc.

Is your device rooted?

If you don’t know what this means you can probably answer “No”

Are you using a custom ROM, if so which one, exactly?

If you don’t know what this means you can probably answer “No”

My mobile Spotify version

E.g. 0.8.4.

My desktop Spotify version (if applicable)

E.g. 0.8.4.

My mobile provider and country

Eg. AT&T, US; or Telia, Sweden

Have you done troubleshooting as described here?

(Not necessary, per se, but good for us to know nonetheless)

To find this, click on your name at the top right of the site (next to where it says "Log out") then click Overview and copy/paste the number.

Which hemisphere of the Earth are you located in?

E.g., Eastern/Western and Northern/Southern

When you attempt to rotate your phone, are you standing upside down?

Yes/No.

Are you currently taking any anti-psychotic medication?

Yes/No/Those birds are pretty.

Do you have vertigo?

Yes/No.

Have you tried viewing your phone's display in a sideways mirror?

Yes/No.

Can you please attach a video that shows landscape mode working in other apps on your phone?

You have the latest version - it does not support landscape mode at all. You aren't missing anything. The OP is a spoof of other official threads

Embarrassing when using spotify at for example a party with a docking station.
