I got my android subscribed to premium but i bought an iphone so wont be using the android anymore, is it possible for me to use the same subscription from my android to my new iPhone? Or is it best to cancel my old android subscription and start a new one on my iphone?

If you log in with your existing credentials, all your saved music and playlists will be there which is probably better than starting over.
