If you go to &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/account/set-device-password/" target="_self"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;, you'll see the username to use for logging in. If it's a 10 digit number, your account is linked to facebook and you should use the "log in with facebook" option.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The password reset email is generated almost instantly so you may want to check your spam folders and make sure your correct email address is shown &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I can't log in on my phone but my girlfriend can on hers. I've tried reseting my password but it says to enter email with no spaces. And I've made sure there are no spaces in the email it's very irritating and I've emailed spotify but they haven't got back to me please help.</description>

      <description>I have tried that as well the only reason I was using email is because it&lt;BR /&gt;said log in with email or username so I figured maybe I forgot my username&lt;BR /&gt;even though I'm fairly certain I haven't but regardless I have tried that&lt;BR /&gt;it says it's sent the reset link to my email but I never received anything&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
