Cannot download thru cellular data

Hi.

I'd like to download a full playlist using my mobile data, but I can't seem to. I've already switched on to allow dowloading using data but whenever I get back to download playlist it displays the same error. Can somebody help? Thanks.

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using? Also, everything works fine over WiFi?

We'll see what we can suggest.

I currently have an Andoroid 6.0 OS (Marshmallow) and Spotify version 7.2.0.1250.

And yes, it is working normally over WiFi.

Hello, I have simmilar problem on Samsung J5 2016, Android 6.0.1, spotify 7.5.0.1076. It works with WiFi, I tried to reinstall app, clear cache, restart etc. Spotify itself - streaming works
