Hi, i can not download playlist even with internet connexion but it's working if i want a music in my collection. Could someone help me please ? (I got spotify premium by the way)

Hi. What happens when you follow the steps here? Do you see any error messages? Does the message "downloading..." appear at the top of the playlist?

Check that:

The device is not in sleep mode.
There is enough free space to sync the songs (recommend 1GB or more).
The device has an active internet connection.
You aren’t already using this feature on 3 devices, which is the limit.
You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.

If you still have problems, please provide some more information:

Make and model of yur device
Android version
Spotify version
Do you get the same issue over wifi and mobile data?

Yes it appear but they ask me to allowed the download with my phone
