I have a Samsung A5 and I have the most up to date version of Spotify. For at least a year I haven't been able to listen to music when I am.using 4G. I can listen to anything over wifi no problem and most of the time I am on 4G i'm listening to saved playlists but whenever I try listen to anything I don't have saved offline it either won't play at all or it will just play a few seconds. It is very frustrating to pay for a service and not receive it. Everytime I update thr app I expect it to go away but it has persisted for a very long time. Can you offer any solution? Thanks.

Hi again. I was just checking whether your phone used two SIM cards - it seems not. Could you check something else for me:

From any Home screen, tap Apps.

Tap Settings.

Tap Mobile data (or Network).

Touch Access Point Names.

Tap the existing APN (the radio button next to it will be marked).

Scroll down to APN Protocol and let me know whether it says IPv4, IPv6 or IPv4/IPv6?
