I'm so sorry but probably the song/artist wasn't available in your country/place, but if you usually could listen to the song/artist, probably there's a problem with your phone/pc signal.

As you see from here, this Artist is not available in the whole world

It even doesn't appear when you search in the app

Spotify wants all the world`s music there, however adding music on Spotify is almost always a decision by the artists or their labels!

There can be several reasons why artists or songs are not currently available on Spotify. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.

If you want more music in Spotify, you can fill this form for Music Request! : )

Anyway you can always contact directly the artists or their label and ask them when they willing to appear on Spotify or add their songs.
