Download gets deleted

Since 1 week I have the problem, that when I download my music - so I can listen to it without internet in my car or when I travel - it downloads the music but after an hour the music is gone and I habe to go online again. Can you please help me with that?
I'm using spotify since one year and I never had any problems. One month ago O changed my account in a family account so my sister can use it to. I don't think thats the problem.
What are your ideas?

In this case, follow these steps:

Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the Spotify app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.
