No Autoplay of my Playlist with Lockscreen / Kein Autoplay unter Lockscreen

Hi,

sorry for my bad English (from Germany).

My Problem:

My Spotify App Android with Samsung S6 is not working right.

When I choose a Playlist which is not downloaded and play it,

I go back to the Homescreen of my S6 or chose the lookscreen,

the next track is not starting automatically.

When I go back to the Spotify App and open it, the next track is starting.

Can anyone helf me?

Falls jemand deutsch kann:

Habe folgendes Problem:

Wenn ich eine Playlist abspiele, die ich nicht gespeichert habe und

den Lockscreen reinhaue, wird der nächste Track nicht abgespielt.

Auch auf weiterklicken auf dem Lockscreen hilft nicht. Es wird dort

zwar der nächste Track angezeigt, er startet aber nicht.

Kehre ich nun aber zur Spotify App zurück, geht direkt der nächste

Track los und die Playlist läuft normal weiter bis zum nächsten und dort

stoppt sie wieder.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Now. Can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

Does it happen only when you acitvate the Offline Mode, or when you stream music as well?
