offline Playlist wird gelöscht

Bei mir wechselt Spotify fast jede Woche den Speicherort von meiner SD Karte (64gb) auf das Handy(fast voll)! Wenn ich den Speicherort wieder auf die SD Karte einstelle bleiben meine Playlists verschwunden! Wenn ich mir die Speicherkapazität der SD Karte ansehe kann ich erkennen, dass die Playlist aber nicht gelöscht wurden sondern Spotify sie einfach nicht mehr finden kann und sagt ich solle sie neu herunter laden! Ich muss also jedes mal meine SD Karte formatieren um die alten Playlists zu löschen und sie danach erneut runter laden!

We hope you don't mind that we reply in English. If you want, you can get German support via email with this contact form. You can also find us on Facebook or Twitter.

In this case, you can try removing all of your offline devices here. Then, just reinstall Spotify by following these steps. Once you've done that, you'll need to download the music again. This should help.

Also, make sure you don't have any cache-vlearing apps that might affect Spotify.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem. Hin und wieder wird ohne mein Zutun der Dpeicherort auf Intern umgestellt. Die Daten sind dann noch auf der Speicherkarte vorhanden. Stelle ich dann den Dpeicherort um, werden sie gelöscht. Das ist sehr ärgerlich.
Die angegebene Antwort trifft das Problem nicht.

Similar Problem on my S7: after each restart of the phone storage location is set back to internal storage. Reinstall as described does not help.

Any ideas to solve this issue are appreciated.
