Guys, good afternoon.

I would like help. I have an android and it does not work. Spotify on the Wifi network of my house does not connect. I have tested on other Wifi and connect normally. Is not a problem a router?

Does this only happen with Spotify or also with other apps? Try resetting your router to see if this helps.

No. It also happens when I access email through android. The Spotify application works normally on the desktop, only on the Android that does not. I will reset the router to see what happens. Thanks in advance for your help.
