Downloaded songs not playing

I have a problem.

When I downloaded a playlist when playing it offline some songs are normal but with others, the bar does not move yet it says the song is playing. No sound is playing.

I put it into offline mode, no change.

Please help

In this case, follow these steps:

Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.
