Why can't I give direct feedback or report a malfunction? Instead, I have to surf through the whole app and several web pages before I find any way to contact Spotify. And even then, I have to write my feedback here, on a forum where most posts probably never get read by anyone.<BR /><BR />Spotify is the best platform for listening to music. Make sure your customer service and support are up to par with that!
