I have a little question:
when you're in the library with all your saved songs, there's a little switch saying download. Is it normal that, if u switch it off and on again, every time spotify downloads all your songs in the library again? I think that's kind of annoying, especially if you have a couple of hundred songs.

what do you mean? If you click on the download switch, it should only download the album/song you want to download, unless you are clicking on the download switch for your entire library.

I mean the download switch for the entire library. So is it normal, that if I switch it to off, that all my downloaded music gets deleted or that spotify downloads it again after I switch it back on?

absolutely. that switch controls your entire music library, so it will control the download status of all of your music.
