Spotify Hi-Fi?

I received a message today on my Android app about Spotify Hi-Fi for an extra $10. I was so excited! I've been using Tidal for over a year and love the sound quality. But as an overall service, I much prefer Spotify. I attempted to upgrade, but I got a notice that the hi-fi upgrade wasn't available in my area (Central New York). Anyone have anymore info on this and when it will be available?

I got the same offer today on my phone as well, but it was priced at +$5 on top of premium. I X'd it out during my commute, but I can't seem to get the offer back.
