https://community.spotify.com/t5/Android/Everything-is-wrong/m-p/1595018#M76670 Okay so I have many things going wrong with my app. I have done all the troubleshooting in the world, have even gotten a new phone and I'm still having the same problems, which I'm very tired of.<BR /><BR />When ever I first open the app it takes at least 5 min to pull up any music at all, and while im waiting and the screen dims or locks, my whole phone freezes and I can't close spotify or use any other app until I take my phone apart and take the battery out. This happens daily and I'm real sick of it. Also, I can never get on the radio, and spotify tells me to try again, and again, and again. Recently, to add to my frustration, the search bar doesn't even try anymore. I type a song or artist in and click search and nothing happens. Not a single thing. I would really like to resolve this, or get my money back. I'm not paying for premium spotify that NEVER works when I want it to.
