History for Radio?

I often listen to Spotify Radio while running. Occassionally, a song i'm not familiar with, but enjoy, will come on. I cant easily stop, turn the screen on, unlock the device, switch back to spotify (runkeeper has the focus) and "like" the song or add it to favorites. But I'd still like to check out the artist(s) later.

Is there a way to look at what songs were played? A history for the radio? I know the desktop has a History tab but I cant find anything similar on the mobile app.

You could just hook up your spotify to a last.fm account?

I was just searching for this. If you go into your Play Queue (Upper Left) you can search in History, which you can select on the top center of the screen.
