Same track keeps playing

This same track thst is attached keeps playing. I'll be listening to random playist when all of a sudden in the middle this track comes on. When it's over I can't click forward to the next song and the music just stops. This song isn't even on the various playlist I'm listening to in the first place.
Plus this is fustrating when I'm paying for this service.

Update...happened again with a different track while listening to a different playlist. Track attacheddar aswell

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

That's odd. Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using? Also, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific update or event?

Give it a try reinstalling the app and see if you're still experiencing the same issue. Here's how.

samsung s5. spotify version 7.7.0.1179. and i dont know if it started after
my last update or not. i did just change the password because when it would
happen i noticed under my connected devices something would appear for a
second or 2.
