My problem is with the music&nbsp;I download, when I start the off-line mode, some music starts and after a few minutes it stops, and when I touch play again nothing happens, I can hear just the first minute of the song. I tried reinstalling it, but&nbsp;the only thing that changes is the song that stops. Help please.
