Spotify logging out by its own

I've been a premium user off this amazing app since November of 2014 and a frequent user since the beginning of the same year. Recently I'm facing a really annoying problem that is almost making me switch to another music app. I've had to format my phone (Zenfone 3 Max) due to memory reasons, at that time the app was working nice and perfect but now that I have reinstalled it it keeps logging out alone due to no particular reason and deleting all downloaded songs. I have already changed my password, reinstalled the app several times, logged out on all devices, deleted memory management apps like CCleaner and desynchronized my Facebook account, I really don't know whats left for me to do, please help me.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the app with the steps here.
Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.
