This has been happening for a few weeks now with my phone saying 0 out of 51 (0% complete). Occasionally I'm lucky and one song will download but not often. Ive tried using wifi and cellular to download. I've moved onto a new phone and I'm having the same problem so its not the device. I've logged into my Spotify account and have logged off all devices and deleted all my offline devices, reinstalled the app and tried again but still no luck. Please can someone help as the premium membership is lo longer worth it if I can't download music any more.
