Downloaded Albums and loading times

Dear Spotify-Team,

I am a Spotify Premium user since over a year for now, but have 2 issues with my Phone. First, all my downloaded albums are gone (again). I wisely sorted out a (big) collection of downloaded songs and albums over the past months, but sometimes, they all just disappear. I have a current Android Phone with the newest OS and Spotify version and enough space, so why does that happen? It is the reason for me to use Spotify to always have all my songs offline (to save my data volume), so it is super annoying and lets me think to change to another service if that won't get fixed.

Secondly, even when being in Offline Mode, the "loading times" are super long. Like, while being in offline mode and just clicking on a (downloaded) album, it takes 1-2 minutes (!) to load, or doesn't load at all. I have a Sony Z5, so that should not be the problem.
