Songs RE DOWNLOADING!

I've searched and found this happens since 2013 or so...

**bleep**ing unveliebable. Every time I open spotify on my cell phone some songs apperantly get deleted somehow and then have to be redownloaded. This happens almost every single day. One day I have a full album downloaded, the next there's one or two songs missing!

Also for some reason it is now wanting to download 1k+ songs and I have no idea where they're coming from (not a chance I have queued that many songs). This also means that, since I already have a bunch of songs downloaded, I exceeded the maximium number of downloades allowed (SERIOUSLY!?!?!)

Any freaking solution to this? Keep running into issues... Apple music or Google play keep sounding better and better.

So I figured out why I have so many downloads queued...

Your devs somehow added all my albums to "Songs" which I had set to download. Why I don't see this in patch notes or w.e buffles me.

Also, could you maybe stop **bleep**ing changing that **bleep** up? It used to be that way before(had all my songs there, and got deleted), you changed it(had to download each album individually one by one), and now you change it back(FFS). Serioulsy **bleep** is wrong with you?

The songs redownloading though, still have no clue...

As you state, this is a problem for years and Spotify show no intention or capability to resolve it.

The only Spotify 'help' that visits this forum is the volunteers spamming "Please delete and resinstall the app" messages.

Best advice is to take your money elsewhere, to a professional company that develops professional products and understands what 'client' and 'service' actually means.
