My songs are downloading at a super slow speed even though i have high speed internet connection. I tried deleting the app and reinstaling, log out and log in &amp; clearing files and caches but still the same. I am under Premium Family, but i cant choose to go offline nor the quality of music during downloads and streaming. Please help, the app is not working the way it was.
