Volume is going down all the time when playing, only Spotify. Anyone know how to fix it?

I don't what is happening, the app is turning down the volume all the time when it is playing Spotify, it happens only with Spotify. How can I fix it?

Could you please confirm that you have logged out since you have been having this issue, also please check you have the latest update?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply. Please note that I've logged out, restarted the
device, unistall the app, install again and updated it to the last version
and the problem persist.

Sorry, but do I have this option of equalizer on Android? I never seen that
before.

As my previous answer, YES, I've logged out and I have the last version of
Spotify.

What is the next step?
