Offline Playlists Vanish

Spotify had been working with no problems on my Samsung Galaxy S2 until a few weeks ago but now it's playing up.

I tried to add a song to my phone (rather than my usual, which is to add it on my laptop and then sync with my phone). By mistake I created a playlist of just the song, so I deleted it.

However, ever since, Spotify on my phone doesn't properly sync any playlists I created after this date. I can sync the playlists onto my phone but they don't appear offline (and annoyingly the bloody playlist I created but deleted appears!). They have the green arrow thing next to them, just like the other songs, so I'm puzzled.

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and I've resynced all my playlists but nothing seems to work.

Any ideas?
