Hello, i got a few questions about the android spotify app.
Why can the mobile version of spotify only shuffle a playlist, while on the pc i can select a specific song? this is really annoying, and on top of that, When i click on shuffle a playlist on the mobile app it will also shuffle between recommend songs, that way when i want to listen to my playlist it will never hear a song i actually put in the playlist. now i don't get why it has to be this way besides annoying the **bleep** out of people untill they buy premium, which i plan to do myself now aswell. because on the pc, you can just select a song and it wil play, only bad thing about it is advertisments but thats something which is understandble because its the free version. Now the weird thing is when i connect my phone spotify to the pc, it still can't pick a specific song only shuffle between the playlist it self and the recommend songs. while on pc it is possible. also i find it very weird that spotify does not have a call center of any form, because it is a big company. Its pretty hard to actually find this forum and post a thread, everything is not easy to find, and your auto-faq instead of an actual live chat or something is a cheap solution and its weird that you have no actual customer service.

Playing songs of your choice on mobile is currently a Spotify Premium feature: https://www.spotify.com/purchase/panel/?checkout=false

Also, Spotify does have an actual customer support service, if you let me know what you need I can put you in contact with the right team 🙂

I know its a premium feature but why should spotify play other recommend songs when i click on shuffle my playlist? in the chart of spotify it says you are allowed to create your own playlist on mobile. but i think it should state that while you can create one, you cannot listin to one because spotify will select other songs for you that are not even in the playlist.

If you add more songs to your playlists you should get less suggested songs 🙂
