Shuffle is broken

I have a playlist where I keep all of my music, and when I press shuffle play, it just plays my playlist in order. I've tried clearing the cache, I've tried reinstalling it, I've tried restarting my phone, and nothing works.

I had this problem, but restarting the app did fix it

In the meantime here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Log out and log back in the app
Transfer the playback from the phone to the computer or vice versa, and see if this works
Try a clear re-install of the app, as this usually helps for many ongoing issues
