Spotify Connect streaming issues

Hi All,

I have a Yamaha RX-V475 AV Receiver that I am having a heap of buffering issues. I have Cable internet so the speeds are good. Pandora works fine, Apple Music works fine, amps firmware is up to date. Spotify cannot get through a song without about 20 breaks in the song... updated the DNS as per previous posts... no success...

Just to confirm, are you getting any specific error messages when you're trying to play your music? Also, can you let us know what Spotify version you're rocking?

In the mean time, we'd recommend reinstalling the app and trying to play your music from a different internet connection.

I have the same problem on rx v577. I tryed the following without success:

Updated yamaha firmware to 1.24

Re-instaled the app, in several devices (Phone, tablet) all under android 6 or later.

Plug by cable or conect by Wifi.

Set DHCP off and set Google DNS (8.8.8.8; 8.8.4.4)

The only issue I noted is that some times the messages "access error" is showing in the sreen.
