Spotify Issues

Been having several issues with Spotify for a while now.
1. Songs often just stop/pause midway through a track for no reason.
2. Keeps unsaving all of my downloaded songs (2000+)
3. Occasionally just glitches, songs skip almost like a scratched CD?
I've tried restarting my phone and also uninstalling then re-installing the app etc but nothing seems to help. It's getting really frustrating now and I don't want to keep having to restart my phone, or reinstall the app everytime I want to listen to music. Any suggestions as to why it might be doing this and how I can fix it? 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help.

In this case, follow these steps:

Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
Reinstall the app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please let us know the Android and Spotify version you're using. We'll check.
