I am trying to sync several local files to my Adroid phone (HTC Desire S), but it constantly says "The track isnot available", despite the fact that Spotify tracks still sync to the phone, any help?

When syncing local files to your device, we've had success by doing the following -

* Connecting the phone and the computer to the same Wi-Fi network
* Log into your Spotify account on both devices
* On your desktop, create a playlist with just the local files you wish to sync
* On your phone, locate this playlist and select the "Download Playlist" option.
* This should start syncing tracks to your HTC Desire S

Odd! In that case, I might suggest a clean installation on your device. This hopefully might get things syncing correctly. Although I must warn that any offline playlists you previously had will need to be resynced after doing this.
