Spotify crashes at startup

Hi,
I have a Huawei p9 lite and since yesterday the spotify app crashes when I start it up. After I click the spotify icon it opens a black screen and then closes after a few seconds. I already tried downloading the app again, then I could log in but after I logged in it just crashed again. I also tried to erase all data but that didn't help either. Before this I never had trouble with spotify and I don't know what caused this. I have a spotify premium account and I listen to music all the time so I hope I can solve this problem soon.

Same here on my HTC 10. I see the home screen for a bit then immediately crashes. Reinstalled, rebooted none have worked. 😞

I have too p9 lite. Had the same problem. Just now it started working again. 🙂

That's nice for you but I can't find the solution. And all the nice comments aren't exactly helping. How did you fix the problem, or did you just wait untill the porblem was gone?

I tried to start it a couple times with 1hour period, then one time it
started working.
