Chromecast Audio doesn't work with Spotify Android

Hi, is it just me, or Spotify for Android works horribly with ChromeCast audio?

My setup - pretty **bleep** internet connection, netgear WNDR3700, Galaxy Note 5 (6.0)[1], Galaxy A3 2015 (6.0)[2], Ipad 2 (whatever OS)[2].

Family account, two users [1] and [2].

The android phones very rarely can access chromecast audio (CCA) through spotify. The ipad is much better at it. However, finding the CCA through Google Home app works flawlessly in miliseconds.

What might be the issue? Halp.

Killing the app by pressing X in recents doesn't help much.

The only reason why I'm subscribed is to use the CCA connectivity to play music on my speakers. I want to be able to consistently connect to CCA and play music without issues.

This used to work better some monts ago.
