I have a Samsung Infuse and it is stuck in ofline mode. it has always been in ofline mode.

You have a premium subscription for Spotify and first time trying to get things to work? You are able to log in and can access the menu at the top left?

You are connected via 3G/4G/Wifi?

If so, have you tried to set the app to offline mode and then remove it from being Offline?

no this is my first time using spotify. iva made an accound but it is stuck in offline mode. i am conected to wifi, switching on and off offline mode does nothing. Samsung infuse Is not a galaxy phone

Download the latest update - released yesterday on the play store - and try that. It apparently has better reporting about the reasons for being offline. Maybe your network is blocking the service
