Okay so the spotify team doesn't feel like helping me right now so can someone else pleeeaase tell me what to do!!? None of the features are showing up on my **bleep** phone, there's only like 3 and it sucks because its basically useless! I already tried unistalling and reinstalling and turning off my phone and that did nothing so SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO BEFORE I GO INSANE!!

Did you get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or Twitter? What did they say exactly?

Sounds like you got an automated reply. Just reply to it, by email, and you should hear back from one of the support staff shortly.

And yes, I know it's a no-reply address - doesn't matter.

I did and I like I said, I got nothing. I don't want to make it sound like im coming off rude but im getting very aggravated because i need music and the update or whatever is going on with this app is not going to let me do that and I have school tomorrow so.....
