    <description>&lt;P&gt;Please Help.&amp;nbsp; I had a Samsung Galaxy S4 with spotify, no problems.&amp;nbsp; I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy J7 and when I downloaded spotify I noticed a persistant problem.&amp;nbsp; Whenever my phone has an unstable internet connection (whether it is Wi-Fi or 3G LTE) the spotify application becomes laggy.&amp;nbsp; For specific issues, it will not start/stop a song, will not switch songs, and it will not load playlists or songs in a playlist until the connection becomes stable.&amp;nbsp; I have premium and it does this even with songs I have downloaded onto the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything I can think of, I redownloaded the songs, redownloaded the application and the songs, and I have looked into my phone settings in maintain a strong, stable connection.&amp;nbsp; If this doesn't help I'll contact support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
