Premium Spotify - playing offline does not work

Hi,

I've been having problems with offline mode. I can't play any song offline even from playlist even from songs. It's all downloaded and there is a green arrow displayed but it doesn't play when I go offline withou Internet connection. I paid for Spotify Premium for the possibility listen to the music offline. I tried to re-install the app or delete devices offline in my account settings but nothing really works. I'd really apreciate to get some advice guys. Thank you very much. I use Android btw.

Thanks. Just to make sure I understand, are you saying none of those songs play when spotify is in offline mode?
