Ever 1/2 months my app removes my dowloaded offline access. The tracks are still there but not available offline? I have had 3 different phone and it does this with all of them. I have tried removing the app and redownloading it with no luck. I am using version 500956 on an android phone. I'm sick fed up of having to re download all of my music and I'm not getting the proper premium access.
