Help please,

i have spotify with premium account on my nexus 5x android O developer preview;

until yesterday all good, this morning i change telephone operator and have a new SIM.

Now spotify work only on WI FI but not on 4G, it's the only app that doesn't work (facebook whatsapp chrome all ok).

I try the "clean reinstallation", restarted my phone, nothing work always "no internet connection available"

Same, but i can't change operator or sim, just doesn't work from yesterday on my asus zenfone 3 max android 6.0

Same nere.
Today is the 4th day that spotify doesn't work. I've chanhged operator 8 days ago but only after a few days i've encountered this problem. No solutions yet?

Ps: my girlfriend has done the same things and she has that issue too

After 2 days on the phone with the new operator they "reset" my 4G and magically spotify has started to work again...i suggest to call the operator
