So the problem is still there, I can do whatever, it doesn't change any more. All albums appear to be gone. Today I tried listening to the downloaded songs in shuffle mode and it actually played a bunch before stopping for good, no chance of ressurection.

This is pissing me off badly now and nothing seems to be done about it. How can a problem like that just pop out of, like, nowhere, **bleep**?

Hello,

since a few weeks the app has been upsetting me quite a bit.
Long story short: downloaded content (on SD card which functions properly and has tons of free space) keeps disappearing, sometimes just a few albums but, for example, yesterday (note that I have reinstalled the app and redownloaded a bunch of records a few days ago) it stopped playing shuffle songs all of a sudden after an hour of smooth use. Checking for downloaded albums tells me there is nothing to see. HAHA! I don't know what the heck is wrong with this thing?!

I'm properly logged in, never log out and like to download stuff to listen to it offline. It had worked for f****** months without any issues and now it's a complete pain in the a**.

I reckon there is something wrong with the app itself because no other programs are having issues at all.

Hope I'm not alone with this ... it's really frustrating.

Thanks for the help.

The app and the phone keep telling me that there's more, namely 2 GB of music that keeps disappearing for no reason. I would like to throw this phone off a cliff now.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one going through this (I flicked through the pages).

I am from Germany but my phone is set to English. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 with the latest android version 6.0.1. App version is 8.4.4.810 armV7. Everything else works as it should.

Please fix this - soon. This right now kills the app for me.

It's been good for two weeks or so after i reset the offline devices and I was truly happy about this - until today.
I updated the app yesterday iirc and today, all of a sudden, everything was gone again. settings show there is only one device which is my smartphone ...

a **bleep**ing joke this is!!!!!!!!!!!!!
