Problemas modo offline

Estou com problemas para reproduzir minha músicas offline no meu android. Eu tenho elas baixadas, a seta fica verde, porém tem muitas músicas que simplesmente não tocam, estou a alguns dias já com esse problema, tentei arrumar com ajuda do suporte pelo facebook mas não resolveu. Já experimentei limpar o cache, excluir dispositivos offline, e também a salvar as músicas na memória interna do celular mas não resolve. Tenho 2.1 gb de memória interna livre, 3.5 gb de memória externa livre, utilizo Samsumg galaxy J1 modelo 2016, Android na versão 5.1.1. Poderiam me ajudar a solucinar esse problema ?

I'm having trouble playing my songs offline on my android. I have them downloaded, the arrow is green, but there are many songs that simply do not play, I am a few days already with this problem, I tried to fix it with the help of facebook support but it did not solve. I have tried clearing the cache, deleting devices offline, and also saving the songs to the phone's internal memory but it does not solve. I have 2.1 gb of free internal memory, 3.5 gb of free external memory, I use Samsumg galaxy J1 model 2016, Android in version 5.1.1. Could you help me solve this problem?

Você tentou fazer uma reinstalação limpa? Se não o fez, siga estes passos estritamente: Reinstalar o Spotify.
